Directions & Parking
-Directions from North of La Jolla Take I-5 South to La Jolla Village Drive west. Turn left off La Jolla Village Drive onto Torrey Pines Road. Stay on Torrey Pines Road until you come to Prospect Place . Turn right on Prospect Place . Turn Right onto Coast Blvd.
-Directions to La Jolla Cove from South of La Jolla
-From Pacific Beach : Take Garnet east out of Pacific Beach to the Interstate 5 (I-5) north ( Los Angeles ).
-From Mission Valley : Take Interstate 8 (I-8) west to Interstate 5 (I-5) north ( Los Angeles )
Exit off I-5 at La Jolla Parkway (Ardath) if you are approaching La Jolla from the south on I-5. Stay on La Jolla Village Parkway, it becomes Torrey Pines Road at the gas station, continue on without turning until you come to a light at the top of the hill. The street at the light is Prospect Place. Turn right on Prospect Place. Turn right off Prospect Place onto
Coast Blvd.
Park in any of the three-hour parking spaces on your right on Coast Blvd. Then walk to the bottom of the steep hill to the cove. There is additional 3hr parking below.
Meet your guide on the grassy area next to the three minute parking spaces in front of the rest rooms.

Directions & Parking
Take interstate freeway I-5 to La Jolla Village Drive exit (west). Exit towards the Beach for 1/3 mile. La Jolla Village Drive terminates at the top of the hill where it T’s into Torrey Pines Road to the left and North Torrey Pines Road to the right. Stay to your left, and at the top of the rise turn left onto Torrey Pines Road. Do not go right onto N. Torrey Pines Road. Continue to the bottom of the hill. At the major intersection at the bottom of the hill turn right at the Encon gas station onto La Jolla Shores Drive. Take La Jolla Shores Drive through the next signal and after two blocks turn left onto Vallecitos.
Go three blocks west on Vallecitos and straight into the Kellogg Park parking lot at the end of Vallecitos. Park in the lot or Vallecitos.
After parking, walk to the center of the lawn and meet your guide at the flagpole at the south end of the lawn. Give your guide your complete and signed liability release forms. They are your ticket to the tour.

Directions & Parking
– From South or East San Diego, take I-8 to the Sports Arena Blvd. exit, make a right onto West Mission Bay Drive and continue on to West Mission Bay Drive ramp. Continue over the bridge and make a left onto Mission Blvd and continue to the end the go left in to the Parking Lot.
– From North San Diego, take I-5 to the Sea World Drive exit, make a right onto Sea World Drive and continue on to West Mission Bay Drive ramp. Continue over the bridge make a left onto Mission Blvd and continue to the end the go left in to the Parking Lot.
– Parking is free in these lots, but they close at 10:00 pm.
